USDMA Organizes AI Workshop to Strengthen Technology-Driven Disaster Management – 24 March 2026.
The Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Authority (USDMA) organized an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Workshop on 24 March 2026 to promote the responsible and effective use of modern technology in disaster management. The workshop focused on AI applications in early warning, real-time data analysis, risk mapping, resource management, satellite and drone data analysis, public communication and emergency response. Officials and personnel were also introduced to leading AI platforms and practical applications for improving preparedness, decision-making and disaster response.
